The Black Swallowtail isn't really "feeding" in the true sense of the word, since all Lepidoptera do all of their eating during the larval stage. I prefer "nectaring". The flower is Tasselflower (Emilia fosbergii). Nice photo. Here's a photo of a Black Swallowtail I took yesterday east of immokalee in Collier County:
