You live very near me. I have a Kestrel that regularly sits on the stop sign and sometimes in a neighbor's tree. Also have the red-tailed hawk in the area and a Coopers. I also have seen a dark morph of what I think is a Swainson's.
For years, I saw a Kestrel on the wires above an empty lot near 136th and 107th. They are definitely around but don't seem to bother my PABUs!
