White-eyed Parakeets are mostly green, with red and yellow bands on the underwings. They have a pointed tail. They can have some red on the face or neck, but don't always. They like to roost in Royal Palms.

It's possible there is more than one species there.

: I saw the previously mentioned parakeets again, and got a better look this time. They are all green, lighter on the bottom, with a small red spot on the side of the neck. They show a distinct band of yellow and red band under the wings when they fly. They are in the royal palms and dryer vents at Deering Bay.

: I've looked at every bird book I found as well as several dozen parrots/parakeets/lories, etc. on the internet and can't find a match.
