I saw the previously mentioned parakeets again, and got a better look this time. They are all green, lighter on the bottom, with a small red spot on the side of the neck. They show a distinct band of yellow and red band under the wings when they fly. They are in the royal palms and dryer vents at Deering Bay.
I've looked at every bird book I found as well as several dozen parrots/parakeets/lories, etc. on the internet and can't find a match.
