The Masked DUck is on the Review list of the Florida Ornithological Society Records Committee. For these species, which have fewer than 10-20 records for the State, we request details to be submitted. The Submission form can be found at the FOS web site (http://www.fosbirds.org/RecordsCommittee/ReportForm.aspx). Guidelines for submitting are at http://www.fosbirds.org/RecordsCommittee/Guidelines.aspx.
