I took a look a bit after 3pm. No ducks within scope range, although there might have been a duck on the extreme far side. There were gulls on the near side, including a first winter Bonaparte's Gull flying around.
The gulls at Cutler all took off just as I was starting to sort through them in hopes of the Franklin's.
