John Boyd and I met Jeanette Rawls in the parking lot, then ran into Alex Harper and his dad at "the spot". Waited 15 minutes and there he was! Hung out for about 10 minutes then flew east into some more tangles about 100 feet away - but he'll be back to his usual spot.
Ran into Paddy Cuddingham and her group looking for the Bulbuls - no luck on my end.
Started the day on the Loop Road walk which was also good. So a very satisfying day of birding.
