all winter we have had painted buntings..the greatest number being 4 males and around 12 other..and on and off we have had two male indigo buntings but this week we suddenly have 4 male indigo buntings and a couple of females...the male painteds are singing their spring songs but soon they will be gone and we'll miss them over the summer. this is in Palm Beach County. and i guess the hummingbirds are gone...but we did have two swallowtail kites this eveing. really enjoy the bird board.
