Rock,
Did the birds have buffy (winter plumage) or were they in breeding plumage. I had the birds in very poor lighting from a distance and was admittedly (and I like to think uncharacteristically) lazy on the id. I didn't see alot of buffy and saw a clean breast and assumed they were chipping. I think I could have been off on this one. If this is the case, apologies to everyone.
