I forgot to mention that if you are in search for a Hong Kong Orchid Tree for your yard make sure to get Bauhinia x blakeana a sterile hybrid. It will not seed and thus spare our beautiful South Florida environment the stress of another invasive species (non-species).
Specify that you want cultivar "Blakeana"! Too many have been duped by unscrupulous nurseries or so called landscapers.
