Need help with Bird Call

My computer sound is down, so I can't do the research right now - at Woodmont today, high in the pines

LOUD insistent WHEEP! repeated often, occasionally two note call. Three or more of these birds calling back and forth drove me crazy, as I could not spot the birds at all. I could not see movement either, but the sounds did move around.

Any suggestions for what it might be? Sounded familiar, but not from recent birding.
