Though I did not bird at Lucky Hammock today, as I drove by Aerojet Road (on my way into Everglades National Park), I noticed that the newly-installed entrance gate was open. It was still open on my way out of the park. Time will tell how the installation of this gate will affect birder access to Aerojet Road.
