Brown Booby near FIU - finally a sighting

Larry just called me to say he was driving north on the Turnpike and had a juvenile Booby flying towards the FIU campus. His first thought was a Brown Booby, but can't completely rule out a juvenile Red-footed. It's tough to get a good look at 70mpg. Tell me about it. Definitely keep your eyes open for this bird on any water bodies in the area.
