I just read a post that today, Wednesday, at least 8 people went to see the Neotropic Cormorant at Viera Wetlands. But, I have seen no follow-ups about anyone chasing our Cassin's Kingbird at Lucky Hammock. I know Trey went this morning and saw the bird at the same spot, but I'll let him post his sightings. Now, why is no one chasing this bird? Does everyone in Dade already have Cassin's Kingbird on their year, county, state, ABA or life list? Is this not a good bird? What's with the total apathy toward a great bird? I would have been down there yesterday if I could've managed it. I may go this afternoon, and I have a full plate of things to do! But, if someone notices some strange behavior from a cardinal or lizard in their yard, you get 15 follow-up posts. Come on people, show some enthusiasm! Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?
