Vireo ID?

While walking in the West Miramar ESL this morning, I encountered this medium-sized vireo with a rather substantial bill, faint spectacles with white lores, gray head that contrasts with olive back, white chin, yellow on breast most prominent on flanks, one prominent white wing bar, but also faint second bar. No vocalizations. no tail-pumping as in Bell's Vireo. Also looks too hefty for Bell's, though it was quite active, foraging in one small tree. My best bet is a first year White-eyed Vireo, but I could not find any good illustrations of their plumage. Can anyone confirm the ID. There are additional views on my FLICKR pages.
