This is an eastern Bell's Vireo, which has more color than the ones seen out west. Blue-headed will have a very pronounced white eyering and white lores, and much more distinct wingbars, darker gray head with a clear demarcation with the white throat, and just the overall shape will be different. Look in the Sibley's and you will see that this is a Bell's Vireo, a much rarer find BTW than Blue-headed in these parts. Hope this helps.
