Painted buntings and redstarts now "in residence" at my house feeders and bird baths. Trees are filled with warblers, gnatcatchers, and catbirds are scratching about. As I type this there are three painted buntings (male) at the feeder.
THEY"RE BACK. Can winter be far behind?
