This morning, I had long looks from below at a bright yellow warbler with white undertail coverts edged by black, darkish wings, a black eye line and a little smudge of darker (non-yellow) color behind the eye. I never had a side view of the wings, so don't know about wing bars; but this seems likely for a BW warbler. The bird was in a large ficus tree off the right of the trail if you are walking clockwise, about 50 yards from the parking lot.
There is a big swarm of bees apparently living at Woodmont now; if you are walking clockwise, they are about 30 feet on the left after the boardwalk begins (well past the location noted above). So far they have been benign, but the loud hum and the activity call for caution.
