This is not an endangered species. Let's all calm down now. If this species is meant to expand its range, it'll have to deal with lots of people gawking at it, just like they do in the Caribbean. The Cattle Egret had no problem as you can see. And what do you mean by "safe"? I think these birds will do just fine - they're not frail.
