We second Trey's comment as photographers, and also agree 100% with RJ. If the Spindalis are meant to expand their range, they will have to deal with more than just birders. Another thought that comes to mind is that anyone should be able to view these birds whether or not they are breeding or "rare" to the area as the park belongs to the public. We still do not understand why some people are "protecting" the birds location as a predator does not need to know how to read to find these birds. Just a thought!
