Swallow-tailed Kite Sightings

Has anyone been seeing Swallow-tailed Kites outside of the Everglades (i.e. suburbs or urban areas) this year? I don't knwo if it's just me, but I would see them over many of our suburbs, but haven't seen any this year outside of ENP. I would see them each summer around U of M, and in the South Miami area. Any idea what has changed?
