Whamp waa!
You need to do the Bird A Day list. That way you are looking at everyday birds as good birds in the middle of the summer.
I had a blast in the mosquitoes, deerflies and hummid morning heat of the everglades looking for Purple Gallinule and King Rail this morning. Found the King Rails.... :)
