Well today I didn't have "Squat Warbler", "Sparse Warbler", but I did have a "Single Warbler".... One Cape May to start the morning standing next to the plaque marking the island as a migratory stop for neo-tropical migrants. That was the only warbler I saw
About half way between No-Name Harbor and the Lighthouse in one of the open areas (pond with no water) I had 2 Dickcissel... ID mainly by call. I did see the birds fly at different times in different locations. All I saw was a brown bird in the right habitat with the distinct fairly loud BuZZZZnT flight call.
