Yesterday afternoon we went back to Snyder Park in search of the Western Spindalis once again. With only hearing the bird the day Bryant found it, we decided we needed to get looks at this life bird. Almost immediately as we walked over to the two-trunked oak tree we heard and then saw the bird fly while giving off its rapid high pitched flight note.
Awesome bird!
