I'm thinking Ash-throated after hearing vocalizations

I've been listening to calls for the last hour or so using the site Arthur provides. I'm definitely leaning towards Ash-throated now. The two syllable call the bird was making is a dead ringer for what I hear when I play Ash-throated vocalizations. The wink call that I hear for La Sagra's just doesn't match what i was hearing.

I also feel better about it from a physical perspective as the bird (from a distance) didn't seem washed out enough for La Sagra's not too mention it didn't seem large headed or as small as a La Sagra's.

I really hope someone with a camera and tape can get out there. The bird was on the west side of the canal maybe 50 yards in. It generally stuck to the same area. Please note that Great-crested are around and there was also at least one Brown-crested in the area in March.

I'll try to get out there tommorow.
