Perhaps one of the last vestiges of "Pelagimania," the Arctic Tern was seen again at 12:30 p.m. at West Lake Park in Hollywood, Fla. It sat on the bank just north of the Catamarans. It was easily approached as close as 20 yards. No pelagics were seen at John LLoyd State Park but one topless Rose-breasted Mattress Thrasher created quite a stir. 5 Smooth-billed Anis including one immature were seen along the fence at of the airport from the linear park at N.W. 10th St south of Ft. Lauderdale Airport. Scads of Blackpolls and American Redstarts were also present.
