Question- When does migration begin?

I've been out birding quite a few mornings this year and I've only seen one Black-throated Blue, one Wormeating and only one uncommon Warbler, the Black-throated Gray Bonnie found at Sadowski. This seems unusual to me. So when will migration begin?
