You can't miss Limpkin if you come up to Palm Beach County - especially Green Cay or Wakodahatchee wetlands. They are nesting there now, and they are also extremely tolerant of people. For Snail Kite, I have had luck at Loxahatchee/Arthur Marshall, which is nearby to the wetlands I just mentioned.
