Bryant, I really appreciate the update on birds and the Coastal Prairie Trail. On Sunday I saw a beautiful Scissor-tailed Flycatcher up close and personal right along the park road through Flamingo.
I had a FOS Eastern Kingbird at Anhinga Trail on Sunday (3/29) evening. There was also a Snail Kite flying over the terminus of the paved walking trail (at the big gator overlook).
Oh, and we should mention that Eco Pond has been reduced to a couple small puddles in a dried mud flat. I've never seen so little water at Eco.
