I had a flyover Stki at Royal Palm this morning too.My unscientific (but obessive ) study makes me think it was one of the FLamingo birds coming over to see if the neighbors had shown up yet.
Either way ,I was definitely a happy tricia!
I also walked out to the mound and had a flyover of a peregrine,a trio of red shoulder hawks and a perched Eagle. Lubber grasshoppers are hatching out too.
4 scissortails were at the usual spot but I was unhappy to see that the banana grove they like to hang out in sometimes has been plowed to bare dirt and a for sale sign is up.
Oh and Bells vireo was still at the Annex.
