Can anyone help me ID this orchid that appeared in my front yard? It looks a bit like Encyclia tampensis, but it is terrestrial and basically leafless (just a couple of dead, flat leaves at the base). Also, the flowers are only about half the size of Encyclia (1/2-in. across), and the lip is "bearded," with white hairs rising from a pink base. The whole plant is about 2-1/2 ft tall with straight stems, two of which branch once. Thanks for any suggestions.
