In December of 2008 I developed a feeder station that was adjusted to eliminate squirrels and doves. A water system was added and vegetation (all native)was pruned and trimmed to provide horizontal and vertical platforms for birds coming to feed and water. Distances were then adjusted for cameras and lens and finally it all came together this past week.

I can now work in my office and casually "capture" my avian friends without effort. So far it has been painted buntings, black and white warblers, common yellow-throats, redtarts and my first parula warbler.
