Recent S.B.Ani's +Snail Kites at LOX NWR??

I'll be down in So.FLa in mid-April and was wondering if anyone has had recent viewings of Smooth Billed Ani's at Loxahatchee NWR Headquarters Area (impoundments C-1 through C-10 off of Lee Rd). I understand Greenbelt Park and the "800" building are the best spots nowadays. Being an ex-So.florida resident, I understand that the LOX sightings have dropped dramatically over the last 5 years. On a similar note, any reliable spots for Snail Kites lately besides Tam. Trail and Shark Valley area? Any input appreciated!
