: I did some good birding this morning with some neighbors new to birding. It consumed most of the morning, came back at 10:00, then left on the road at 11:00. From there we got back at 4:00. : 7:30- 8:30~ Miami Shores, Morningside : Cooper's Hawk : Yellow-crowned Night Heron : Black Vulture : Spot-breasted Oriole : Monk, White-winged, Blue-crowned Parakeets : the usual : 9:00- 9:35~ Miami Springs : Red-fronted, Red-masked, Dusky-headed, : Yellow-chevroned, Mitred Parakeets : Orange-fronted Parrot : Common Myna : the usual : 11:30-12:30~ Key Biscayne : Black-crowned Night Heron : Blue-crowned Parakeet : Magnificent Frigatebird : Lesser Black-backed Gull : Royal Tern : Sandwich Tern : Reddish Egret : Great "White" Heron : Prairie Warbler : Yellow-throated Warbler : Osprey : Laughing Gull : the usual : 1:00-2:25~ Homestead- Dump Marsh, Black Point : Cave Swallow : Black-necked Stilt : Mottled Duck : Yellow-throated Warbler : Blue-gray Gnatcatcher : Ruddy Turnstone : Willet : Lesser Yellowlegs : Least Bittern : Least Tern : Red-shouldered Hawk : Bald Eagle : the usual : : 3:00-3:30~ A.D.
