That is a typical Southern Ringneck. Keys Ringnecks are also much duller, and restricted to the Keys in dwindling numbers.
There can be a high variation in local snakes. For instance, I have found Corn Snakes in the Everglades that look like a completely different species from those you can find in Miami.
