eBird Question

For any experienced eBird users here, does anyone anyone know if your personal birding locations (designated by a blue flag in eBird) can be viewed by other eBird users? In other words, if you don't designate something as a "Hot Spot" (red marker in eBird), can other eBirders see your personal locations? Thanks.
