I went down on Tuesday and did not see it.
I was a bit confused by the directions tho.
Can anyone confirm the name of the road?
Is it Boca Chica road to the end of pavement and then the jetty rocks out at the end?
That seems to be at the south/east runway end not the east runway (which has a fence at the end of Rockland (?) road...
There were 'rants at the end of Boca Chica rd but no NeoTropical (at 900ish)
