Gary and I had a great time with everyone through the morning - including getting two life birds - American Woodcock (displaying!), and Sedge Wren. We went from freezing in the morning to a beautiful balmy afternoon. After leaving the group midday, we continued south, eventually at Mrazek Pond. It was very busy with a number of beautiful Pintails in breeding plumage. Also present were Blue-winged Teals, Green-winged Teals, Shovelors, Pied-billed Grebes, and the usual waders, including 2 juvenile Black-crowned Night Herons.
