The next time you head this way, give us a call or stop by JT's Cafe and Gallery on Chokoloskee. We have guides on the water throughout the year and usually have a very good handle on "where the birds are".
PS ... the grouper at City Seafood is not fresh. It is imported, individually frozen (panther) grouper filets "fryed 'til it floats! If you want it fresh go to the Havana Cafe on Chokoloskee. Carlos's family catches their own ...
