Solid light gray color on breast and chin/neck. Distinctive dark bill against gray color. Not a good look at underside of tail. Didn't see topside of bird. No mottling, streaking on underside. Am familiar with harriers, and see those often on Stretch--pretty confident it wasn't a northern harrier. Bird looked smaller and sleeker than harrier. In construction zone area, no binoculars, so keep your eyes out for the bird. Happy birding and thanks for your help!
