Hey birders, I posted before that I saw an Eastern Phoebe in my backyard. Well today I was looking it over and it really looked like something else. Heres the details. It was a little less than 8 inches. It's undertail was light yellow. It had a white collar around its neck. It has a dark brown line through its eye. It had white linebetween its head and eye. Also it had dark brown head. It's belly was light gray. The bird was seen in a medium oak tree. The backyard has about 6 oak trees. Also in the same oak tree at the same time there was a chipping sparrow. It was a lifer! The mystery bird also had a kind of a darker gray in its breast. Also the bird was seen in the begging of spring. Thankyou birders. Whatever bird it is, its a lifer. Great birding!
