On Sunday i saw a flock of about 30 noisy birds. They all landed in a pine tree where i got good looks. They were brown, very streaky, and had yellow in the wings. They had a loud squeaky call in flight but were quite in the tree. They all took off together and they turned around and circled alot in flight. They looked very dark in flight. Sparrow sized.
I think these birds were Pine Siskins but i live in Osceola County, is this possible, if not what are they.
Also i think i saw these same birds last year.
