I would suggest Green Cay and Wacodahacee wetlands in south Palm Beach with boardwalks where you can be much closer to birds than at Old Cutler (although it is a great place). Both of these wetlands are located north of Atlantic Ave. Green Cay-Hagan Ranch RD. and Wacodahachee-Jog Road. You will be blown away.
