Yes the outing at Toe's was awesome! And yes we have some thoughts...was it a Shot-tailed Hawk because someone shot off it's tail? Just kidding. Oh forgot to mention it was a light morph.
Hey you forgot to mention your new yard bird, a beautiful White-eyed Vireo seen today after we picked thru the hoard of Nutmegs. Also seen was a Merlin and lots of Turkey Vulture with a sprinkle of Black Vulture.
The Lesser Nighthawk was Amazing yesterday afternoon, I could not believe my eyes when I spotted that guy. Being able to see Lesser Nighthawk from your driveway must be way cool! We talked about it the whole way home.
