I saw what may have been Nashville Warblers in Oak trees in Little Havana a week or two ago. There was more than one, I'm pretty sure, but it was hard to follow them. They were up in the canopy, moving about, and I would say the description you used above describes their behavior exactly. I zeroed in on one and got a good look at it through my binos, and saw what looked like a uniform dull yellow of the whole underside, at least as far as I could see. I did not see any wing markings. Above it appeared dark olive, as I recall.
