Is the name "Great White Heron" still appropriate or is it now "White Morph of Great Blue"?

Actually I prefer and grew up with the name GWH but in science, I am told, that doesn't count.

And when your group compiles for Monroe do you work the divide line between Dade/Monroe at Flamingo-Florida Bay or is it the Keys and Everglades City environs.
