Hi all,
We had a rufous Chuck-Will's Widow in our yard on Miami Beach all afternoon yesterday. It was in a vegetated corner of the yard in a franjipani tree about 10 feet off the ground. Flew off at dusk. Haven't heard them calling in the neighborhood in many years and certainly never saw one before.
