The other day we found a dead young bird, possibly a hatchling since it was featherless, on top of our pool patio screen. There is no tree or nest site nearby so wonder how could have ended up there. Since we have Shrikes and Bluejays in the neighborhood I thought they could be the culprit. My children are very curious. Any thoughts?
