Of course you can count them in your lifelist.
You can't count them under your North American Lifelist, but they sure can be under your Chile Lifelist, World Lifelist, South American Lifelist, or any other list you want to customize for yourself. You should have a North American Lifelist, Chilean Lifelist, and a Exotics Lifelist. The Exotics should be: Parrots and mynas. Remember that the exotic lifelist should only contain exotic birds that are breeding here, but not established. On the North American list, there are a couple birds that are established exotics such as: Monk Parakeets, White-winged Parakeets, bulbuls, Spot-breasted Oriole, Muscovy, Rock Dove, Starling, House Sparrow and Eurasian Collard Dove.
