Drove out to Biscayne Bay to see if any Sooty Terns were blown in yet by the storm. I've had a couple hurricane Sooties in the past. But no this afternoon.
There were many frigatebirds out, however. At least 100-120 were spotted. It was like a trip to the Dry Tortugas.
A couple Sandwich Terns and a Black Tern were also spotted near Shucker's on 79th street.
A FOS Ovenbird was in the yard when I got back.
